• When booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• $100 deposit at time of booking - Ring us on: (02) 6372 4225 or 0427 002 588 to give your credit/debit details to confirm your booking (Please note that any personal/financial details collected will be used for authorised internal use only and will not be given to any external/third party)

• Unfortunately because of the nature of the building we are unable to cater for children or pets.

• Beverley House does not have wheel-chair access.

• All our internal areas are smoke-free.

Cancellation:

1. Your $100 deposit per room is a non-refundable deposit.   We are happy to move the deposit to another date you would like to stay.    but it will not be refunded to you.

2. If you cancel your booking 14 days or less before your booking with us  half of your remaining Tariff will be forfeited.

3. If you cancel your booking 7 days or less before your booking with us  your total   remaining Tariff will be forfeited.

   Please note: Any refunds will be returned to you via the Credit Card details you have supplied when you made your booking.
